Readiness scores are deterministic comparisons between confirmed profile skills and requirements extracted from job descriptions. They do not predict hiring, guarantee eligibility, or replace the employer’s official listing.

Users remain responsible for checking requirements and applying through the official source. PlacementOS does not submit applications automatically.
